My partner and I recently purchased our first apartment in New York City. A process that, for anyone who has been through it knows, is no walk in the park. Were it not for the expert skills of our broker, Janine Young, of Compass, we would not be sitting in our new home today, smiling from ear to ear. From a personally crafted cover letter, to additional interjected narratives throughout, Janine creates such a complete picture, that co-op boards can’t help but accept her clients. I cannot recommend Janine enough, for any and all of your real estate needs. She is attentive and delivers; she makes things happen. Buying in New York City is a difficult task, that ended up being easier and smoother, thanks to her steadfast dedication. Janine went to bat for us and knocked it out of the park.
